FLCCC Telehealth Assessment

We take a genuine interest in your wellness and will advocate for your health accordingly. We begin with a thorough assessment and take into consideration your entire health and medical history in line with FLCCC protocols.

Appointments are conducted by a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in hematology-oncology, immunology, and inflammation. Appointments average 45-60 minutes to ensure you have time to ask questions, explore solutions and, most importantly, be heard.  

Preparing For Your Appointment

Appointments to discuss FLCCC protocols are conducted via video telehealth. If you are a new patient with Renova Comprehensive Health, we will email you a link to complete a New Patient Intake Questionnaire upon booking your appointment. Within that questionnaire, we will ask for:


A list of your medicines

Including all prescribed, over the counter (OTC), and supplements.


A list of your allergies

Including medications, food, and environmental.


Family Medical History


Your Medical History

Including surgeries or major medical events.

Schedule an Appointment

Visits are $225 and include a complimentary 15-minute follow up call.

Subsequent visits to discuss ongoing COVID symptoms are $99.
